There are 3 different ticket options available for individuals & small groups.

option 1

The Club Marquee

$250/pp (all inclusive food, drink, music)

The Club Marquee is THE place to be seen at Portsea Polo.  Enjoy all the action of Portsea Polo in this superbly appointed marquee located in absolute prime viewing position beside the Polo Ground. Marquee includes music, quality furnishings, all day catering by The Big Group (inc beverages), and a large outdoor garden area.

option 2

Polo Lounge Marquee

$95/pp (food & drink available from cash bar)

The Polo Lounge Marquee is the perfect way to enjoy Portsea Polo with friends.  The Polo Lounge is fully furnished & full of fun, and is located in a great viewing position immediately beside the Polo Ground. Marquee includes outdoor garden area, DJ music, and a great range of food & drinks available from cash bar.

option 3

General Admission

 Adults $60, U16 $30

The General Admission area is located in an excellent viewing position immediately beside the Polo Ground and is partially shaded by trees. Bring a chair or picnic rug and enjoy all the polo action whilst feasting on the fine food & wine available for purchase.  

A maximum of 800 tickets are available for sale and will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of payment. Please note that General Admission ticket holders do not have access to Hospitality Marquee areas.

Portsea Polo is an over 18 event. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and no child entertainment is provided. Please read the Event Information page on this website and familiarise yourself with the event terms & conditions before purchasing.

Hospitality Marquee Options (for groups of 40 or more)

Treat your guests to the excitement of international Polo at magnificent Portsea, and be part of the fastest growing corporate event in Australia!  You and your guests can enjoy all the action whilst entertaining in your own corporate or carpark style hospitality marquee located immediately beside the Polo Ground.  There are 3 different Hospitality Marquee options available as follows:

Option 1

Supersite Marquee (min 80 people)

$115/pp(+GST)

Your own superbly appointed marquee located on the corporate side of ground in the absolute prime viewing position immediately beside the Polo Field.  Package includes:

  • Entry ticket for each guest
  • Large 6m x 16m powered hospitality site in premium location
  • 6m x 6m corporate marquee with fenced outdoor garden area in front of marquee 
  • Garden area includes 4 large market umbrellas, slatted jarrah fencing
  • Marquee & garden area increase in size according to number of guests
  • 1 x security person for your marquee entrance 
  • Furniture hire not included - contact Harry The Hirer
  • Catering not included - please contact The Big Group (self catering not permitted)

Option 2

Teatree Marquee (min 50 people)

$95/pp (+GST)

Your own hospitality marquee located on the corporate side of ground in a prime viewing position immediately beside the Polo Ground. Package includes:

  • Entry ticket for each guest
  • Spacious 4m x 16m powered hospitality site in premium location
  • 4m x 6m open style alfresco marquee (no side walls) with fenced outdoor garden area in front of marquee (site is separated from adjoining sites by slatted jarrah fencing) 
  • Garden area includes 2 large market umbrellas, slatted jarrah fencing
  • Marquee & garden area increase in size according to number of guests
  • 1 x security person for your marquee entrance 
  • Furniture hire not included - contact Harry The Hirer
  • Catering not included - please contact The Big Group (self catering not permitted)

Option 3

Members Marquee (min 40 / max 70 people)

$80/pp(+GST)

Your own carpark style hospitality marquee located in the member’s enclosure in prime viewing position immediately beside the Polo Ground. Package includes:

  • Entry ticket for each guest
  • 3m x 14m fieldside hospitality site in premium location
  • 3m x 6m  open style alfresco marquee (no side walls) with fenced outdoor garden area in front of marquee (site is separated from adjoining sites by slatted jarrah fencing)
  • Garden area includes 2 large market umbrellas, slatted jarrah fencing
  • Marquee & garden area increase in size according to number of guests
  • Furniture hire not included - contact Harry The Hirer
  • Catering not included - self catering is permitted (conditions apply) or contact The Big Group

Marquee Furniture/Hirings

Harry The Hirer is the exclusive event hirer and offers a large range of furniture & catering items for hire.  All your furniture will be delivered to your marquee prior to your arrival on event day.

NB. By purchasing Portsea Polo Event Tickets or Hospitality Packages you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Portsea Polo Event terms & Conditions.
Portsea Polo is an over 18 event. Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times and no child entertainment is provided. Photo ID must be produced to gain entry and children will be issued with a distinctive colour wristband to be worn at all times. Children’s tickets can ONLY be bought with an adult (parent or guardian) ticket. Legal guardianship requires the adult guardian to be the bearer of a letter from the parent designating guardianship for the duration of the event. Children's tickets are sold on the age of the child at the time of the event, not at the time of purchase.
