Your own exclusive hospitality marquee located on the corporate/sponsor side of the ground in the absolute prime viewing position immediately beside the polo ground. Entertain your guests in style and mingle with players & celebrities whilst enjoying all the polo action.

 

Package includes:

  • Entry ticket for each guest
  • Large hospitality site (6m x 16m) including 6m x 6m summit marquee, outdoor garden area, slatted jarrah fencing, 4 large market umbrellas
  • Marquee and garden area increase in size as number of guests increases

  • 2 complimentary entry tickets, 4 carpark passes

Your own alfresco style marquee includes the option to self-cater (new conditions apply, see below) and is located on the members side of the ground in prime viewing position immediately beside the polo ground. Host your clients and work colleagues or get together with a group of friends and share the cost. You do not have to be a member to purchase a Member marquee.
 

Package includes:

  • Entry ticket for each guest
  • Hospitality site (3m x 14m) including 3m x 6m alfresco marquee (no side walls), outdoor garden area, slatted jarrah fencing, 2 large market umbrellas
  • Marquee and garden area increase in size as number of guests increases
  • 1 complimentary entry ticket, 2 carpark passes
  • Catering additional – self-cater (no BYO alcohol) or contact event caterers (scroll down for details)

Damm Fine Food and Fred & Ginger are the exclusive caterers for Supersite Marquees (see contact details below).
 
 

MEMBER MARQUEES (30-80 guests)

Fred & Ginger are the sole licensee for the Member Marquee enclosure and are the only event caterer permitted to supply alcohol in this enclosure. You may bring your own food or engage any of the four event caterers to supply food for your marquee (caterer contact details below). If you choose to self-cater please note special conditions below.

SELF-CATER (MEMBER MARQUEES ONLY)

Member Marquees may self-cater but new VCGLR regulations no longer permit BYO alcohol. You can still BYO food and soft beverages (sealed) but not alcohol. Your guests can purchase drinks from the new centrally located Members Marquee Bar, or if you prefer your own bar in your marquee Fred and Ginger can organise this for you. Please note insurance regulations do not permit open flame cooking. We very much appreciate your compliance with these new regulations which will be strictly enforced.
